Service Description

Gentle & Restorative Yoga This class will begin with some traditional Hatha poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Our class will finish with some relaxing restorative poses. Restorative Yoga reduces anxiety and stress, Calming the Parasympathetic nervous system. This class is suitable for beginners and all levels. What to bring: Yoga Mat   Blanket  Warm socks  Water  Bolster if you prefer own, otherwise we have a bolster for you to use.
