About the event
On Tuesday, July 11 and Tuesday's running from August 8 – 29, I'll be leading a Hatha yoga class from 7 – 8 pm. Throughout this Hatha based classical style of yoga, this class focuses on asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudras and bandhas (energy seals), as well as mindfulness and meditation. This class should leave you feeling strong, open, and uplifted.
