Wellness Package

Take some time for yourself! Slowing down to listen to our inner voice can help us connect to our authentic selves. Your package will include: 
 

- 4 x one-hour private yoga classes – style of your choice (Yin, Restorative, Gentle, or Back Care)
- Receive the 5th class for free ($50 value) 

Package price: $200 / person

* All five sessions can be booked directly with Tania during times that work for both parties. Classes must be fulfilled within six months.

Restorative Yoga

This nurturing and Therapeutic session is like a nap with benefits. Relaxing in supine & seated poses, which are held in extreme comfort. Supported by props, including blankets, bolsters, straps. Allowing your body to completely relax, and let go of any stress and anxiety, so that the body can begin to heal at a cellular level. Promoting wellness and happiness.

New: Yin Yoga

Yin is a contemplative, mindfulness-based practice that promotes emotional and mental health.

​

Using long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the body's deep connective tissues. Yin postures are done with the muscles relaxed and are held between 3 to 5 minutes. Increasing your flexibility, opening your hips, lower back, and shoulders, and enhancing your overall sense of well-being. Yin yoga targets fascia rather than muscles and works on the body's energetic pathways (meridians) to increase the presence and flow of chi or life force energy. 

 

Yin yoga is great for increasing the energy flow in the body, releasing any energetic blockages.

Gentle Yoga

This Hatha based practice is great for beginners or if you are looking for a relaxing way to stretch and let go of your busy day. Some meditation and breath work is also included in this peaceful practice. Reminding ourselves that calm is just a breath away.

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga

Come and get warm and cozy!

Relaxing in supine & seated poses, on you mat Tania will be guiding you through this therapeutic practice in extreme comfort Supported by props, and blankets, bolsters.

Throughout this relaxing practise Hot mineral stones will mindfully be placed on the body.  Allowing the warmth from the Basalt volcanic stones resonate deep down into the bones and tissue.

Allowing any tension in the muscles to melt away.   Bringing your balance to your body, mind and spirit. Let this practise soothe your soul!

Back Care Yoga

Are you experiencing back pain? Then, this style of yoga is perfect for you. This practice is therapeutic—designed to alleviate and promote health in the upper and lower back sacrum and hips. Use poses that help strengthen your core and help you maintain flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
