Relaxing in supine & seated poses, on you mat Tania will be guiding you through this therapeutic practice in extreme comfort Supported by props, and blankets, bolsters.
Throughout this relaxing practise Hot mineral stones will mindfully be placed on the body. Allowing the warmth from the Basalt volcanic stones resonate deep down into the bones and tissue.
Allowing any tension in the muscles to melt away. Bringing your balance to your body, mind and spirit. Let this practice soothe your soul!
