This nurturing and Therapeutic session is like a nap with benefits. Relaxing in supine & seated poses, which are held in extreme comfort. Supported by props, including blankets, bolsters, straps. Allowing your body to completely relax, and let go of any stress and anxiety, so that the body can begin to heal at a cellular level. Promoting wellness and happiness.

Back Care Yoga
Are you experiencing back pain? Then this style of yoga is perfect for you. This practice is a therapeutic practice. Designed to alleviate and promote health in the upper and lower back sacrum and hips. Use poses that help strengthens your core, and help you maintain flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
