Chair Yoga for Strength and Stability
Join Tania from Asanda Yoga for a chair yoga class. This class will help improve your flexibility and strength, as well as promoting relaxation. Using the chair for support, we will be challenging your balance and increasing your stability. It's especially beneficial for those with limited mobility, as it provides a gentle yet effective way to practice yoga. ​
Community Yoga Classes
Tania teaches various community classes offsite run through the Township of North Dundas. You will be led to their website to register for full programs.

To try a single session, please call Brandon at the North Dundas Township to sign up. Payment can be accepted via a credit card (over the phone) or in person at the Township office. You can register during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm at 613-774-2105 x 223. ​

Gentle Hatha & Restorative Yoga
This practice blends gentle movement and breath work using traditional Hatha yoga, creating flexibility and strength. To finish your practice, we will settle into some restorative poses and breathwork. Leaving you feeling restored and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels.
