About the event

Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that is thousands of years old. It is a beautiful healing practice, that combines gentle movements with breath work, intention/visualization and meditation. Qigong is often referred to as 'moving meditation'. 

 

 Qigong is often referred to as 'moving meditation' and promotes overall health and well being, stress reduction and other positive outcomes. Suitable for all fitness levels; this can be practiced while sitting or standing. 


In this class you will learn more about the practice and how to implement in your daily life.
