Your ticket includes:
- 1-hour Yin yoga class by yours truly in the gazebo
- 2-hour ZEAL pottery class to hand-build a set of three small nesting bowls
- Light lunch catered by Salamander’s
- Tea & water and treats provided
- Journaling time (journal provided)
- Bonfire
During registration you'll be able to select one lunch option:
- Maple Roasted Pecan Salad | Mixed greens, chevre, red onions, grapes and maple roasted pecans with a homemade maple vinaigrette. With homemade cornbread.
- Strawberry Walnut Salad | Mixed greens with strawberries, red onions, walnuts and Feta cheese with a homemade strawberry vinaigrette. With homemade cornbread.
And your choice of protein:
- Grilled cold chicken
- Grilled cold salmon
- Broccoli & 3 cheese homemade quiche
