June's Yoga & Play Retreat

Your ticket includes:

• 1-hour Yin yoga class by yours truly in the gazebo
• 2-hour ZEAL pottery class to hand-build a set of three small nesting bowls
• Light lunch catered by Salamander’s
• Tea & water and treats provided
• Journaling time (journal provided)
• Bonfire

Lunch details 

During registration you'll be able to select one lunch option: 

1. Maple Roasted Pecan Salad | Mixed greens, chevre, red onions, grapes and maple roasted pecans with a homemade maple vinaigrette. With homemade cornbread.
2. Strawberry Walnut Salad | Mixed greens with strawberries, red onions, walnuts and Feta cheese with a homemade strawberry vinaigrette. With homemade cornbread.

And your choice of protein:

1. Grilled cold chicken
2. Grilled cold salmon
3. Broccoli & 3 cheese homemade quiche

Please advise us of any allergies during registration. Gluten free bread option is also available.

What’s provided:

- Lunch, tea, water, and treats

- Yoga mat and props 

- Journal and pen 

- All pottery materials and tools 

What to bring: 

- Water bottle

Optional items to bring: 

- Sunscreen

- Bug spray 

- A good book

- Additional snacks

- Your own yoga mat 

Parking: 

- If you registered for Schedule A, you’ll be starting with pottery first. Please park at 10055 French Settlement Road for the day. 

- If you registered for Schedule B, you’ll be starting with yoga first. Please park at 10035 French Settlement Road for the day. 

Our back yards connect, so you’ll be able to take a shortcut through here to get from one place to the next!
