Let's Celebrate the Winter Solstice together.
Together we will start with some Hatha based stretches and then move into our restorative practice, with breathwork and meditation, you will find ease and balance. I will be sprinkling in some hot stones and a special essential oil blend to make your experience even more magical. After our practice we will be holding a ceremonial circle outside around our cozy fire pit. Taking some time to reflect on the past year and to set some intentions for ourselves for the New Year. As well as enjoy a warm drink and some special treats together.
Your package also includes a special gift to take home to enhance your own yoga practice.
With a maximum of 5 students per class, you’ll enjoy personalized guidance and plenty of space to unwind.
