About the event
Join our four-week restorative yoga series happening on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 am - 11:45 am, May 24 to June 14. This is a blend of both gentle movement and breath work using traditional Hatha yoga. To finish your practise you will settle into some restorative poses and breathwork.
