About the event
Join our four-week Yin & Restore yoga series happening on Thursday evenings from 7:00 pm - 8:15 am, June 15 to July 6. This practise starts off with a quiet, contemplative Yin practice. Yin targets the deepest tissue of the body. We then slow things down and get comfortable by relaxing in prone or seated poses with the support of bolsters and blankets (provided) to enjoy a restorative practise.
This slow, gentle practise is a compliment to a fast-paced life or intense workouts—allowing ourselves time to completely relax!
