This group begins with an 11 am pottery lesson at ZEAL Creative Studios (10055 French Settlement Road). At 1 pm they walk over to Asanda Yoga & Massage (10035 French Settlement Road) for a light lunch, 2 pm Yin yoga class and time to journal by the bonfire after.
