About the event
Join us for an afternoon of restorative yoga led by yours truly and Katherine from Universoul Harmony, who will be guiding you in your sound bath to help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation.
In this event, you will:
Relax and open the body with gently supported yoga poses
Notice burden, stress, and chronic pain subside
Achieve states of deep relaxation and healing on a vibrational level during sound bath immersion
