This group begins with an 10 am pottery lesson at ZEAL Creative Studios (10055 French Settlement Road). At 12 pm they walk over to Asanda Yoga & Massage (10035 French Settlement Road) for a charcuterie lunch, rest and relaxation time, and gentle and restorative yoga from 2-3 pm.
