Relaxing in supine & seated poses, on you mat Tania will be guiding you through this therapeutic practice in extreme comfort Supported by props, and blankets, bolsters

 Throughout this relaxing practise Hot mineral stones will mindfully be placed on the body.  Allowing the warmth from the Basalt volcanic stones resonate deep down into the bones and tissue.

Allowing any tension in the muscles to melt away.   Bringing your balance to your body, mind and spirit. Let this practise soothe your soul!

Hot Stone Massage

This therapy combines a holistic and therapeutic massage with the application of hot or cold stones which are either massaged over the body or placed upon the specific areas.

Using a combination of
the naturally formed smooth and unique shaped Basalt stones which hold an inherent magnetic
field. Throughout this practice, other Crystals like Jade Nephrite Crystals are also used, which are
believed to heal stressed organs and discharge toxins. Slowing down the process of aging and
strengthening the body’s natural defenses and healing power. Another modality that is incorporated
into this therapy is essential oils, these are available upon request.
