This nurturing and Therapeutic session is like a nap with benefits. Relaxing in supine & seated poses, which are held in extreme comfort. Supported by props, including blankets, bolsters, straps. Allowing your body to completely relax, and let go of any stress and anxiety, so that the body can begin to heal at a cellular level. Promoting wellness and happiness. Allowing your body to completely relax and let go. Reminding ourselves that calm is just a breath away. Please dress in cozy layers and bring the following: - A comfy blanket - An eye cover - Socks - Yoga mat - Water bottle
