Service Description

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that uses props to fully support the body, encouraging deep rest and relaxation. This nourishing style of yoga helps ease muscle tension, quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support the body's natural healing processes. During this restful practice, poses are typically held for 5–10 minutes, allowing the body time to release tension and settle into stillness. With the support of blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks, you can comfortably relax without strain. Gentle movement, breathing techniques, and Yoga Nidra are also incorporated to help guide you into a deeper state of rest. What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice performed while lying down comfortably. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," it creates a state of conscious relaxation where the body rests deeply while the mind remains gently aware. This practice helps shift brain wave activity from beta to alpha and theta states, reducing stress and promoting a profound sense of calm.
