• Yin yoga with meditation with our guest yoga instructor, Kim Bolton
• Light snacks and refreshments
• An afternoon of Soul Stack bracelet-making

Kim will guide participants through the creative process of making their own customized bracelet Soul Stack (2 crystal bead bracelets, one with a charm, the other without). The primary bead we'll be using for the Soul Stacks is Jasper (grounding, nurturing, calming). Participants will then have access to a selection of accent beads to customize their bracelets.

Please advise us of any food allergies during registration.
