Registered Yoga Teacher
Tania is a certified Chair Yoga instructor and is also a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. Tania has now been teaching therapeutic styles of yoga for over 8 years. Tania has a curiosity for finding therapeutic ways of helping her students find balance and relaxation, using meditation and breath work hot stones and many other modalities to enhance her yoga practices. Some other classes that Tania also enjoys teaching are Back care, Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
